Work Cover
When accidents and injuries occur at work they often give rise to a WorkCover claim. The Accident Compensation Act 1985 regulates the WorkCover scheme. The scheme is complex and can be confusing for employers. In our experience some employers lose confidence with their WorkCover insurer and require independent assistance to help administer claims. Dealing with sick and injured employees can be a very delicate exercise, and when not handled properly, can create many problems for employers.
The Harwood Andrews team assists employers in effectively managing WorkCover claims to minimise the impact of such claims on the business.
