Employee Agreements
Since the implementation of the National Employment Standards and the modernisation of awards, it is more important than ever for employers to ensure they have comprehensive and legally enforceable employment agreements for their employees. The content of an employment agreement will vary depending on the nature of the employer’s business/workplace and the number and type of employees it employs.
